Trash (green bins) are picked up every Monday and Thursday. Drag the bin to the end of the driveway on the street, out of the way of any cars that may leave the driveway, with the handle pointed toward the house.

Recycling (smaller blue and yellow bins) are picked up every Thursday. It is better to set things out for collection the night before.

Feel free to use any paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) hand soap, dish soap or laundry detergent.

Parking

Please utilize the driveway for you and your guests. Be careful to not park on the grass as this may compromise the landscape and/or irrigation system.

Fire Extinguisher

In the garage, behind the garage door.

Water Shut Off

The water main valve is on the North side of the house, behind the gate. Rotate valve counter-clockwise (to the left) to stop water flow.

Gas or Electic Shut Off

The electric box is outside, to the left of the grill, behind the tree.

Power Outage

In case of power outage, please make sure the oven and stove burners are turned off.

Television

(Service provided by AT&T – HDMI-1) To turn on the TV, press power on the main remote control. Press OK on the welcome screen.

DVD Player

(HDMI-2) The DVD player is located in the livingroom cabinet under the TV.

Trash

Trash (large green bins) will be picked up Monday and Thursday mornings.

All items must be bagged and in containers with the lids closed. Please face the containers with wheels facing the house.

Do not place rocks, sand, dirt, bricks or blocks in container.

Do not place hot ashes, cinders, coals or burning material in container because hot loads can lead to fire.

Do not place paint, thinners, gas, car batteries, oil items or any other hazardous wase in container.

Do not place items next to or outside container for regular pickup.

Do not obstruct container with any parked car.

Do not allow your children to play in or around containers or sanitation vehicles.

Recycle

All materials placed in your blue recycling container should be relatively clean (rinsed,) dry (empty all liquid from bottles and cans) and empty of all packing materials.

All clean paper products (yellow bin) can be recycled. Soiled paper must go into the trash.

Glass and plastics (#1, #2, #3, #4 and #5) are recyclable but must be rinsed out well. Check the bottom of plastic container for reference number.

Do not recycle packing popcorn, styrofoam, electronics, plastic bags, sheets of aluminum foil, hard-bound books, tissues, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, foil wrapping, waxed paper or waxed cartons.
